Piece concept stands for luggage space, the number in front of PC stands for the number of suitcases. Remember that the dimensions of your luggage must not exceed 158 cm in the sum of three measurements: length, width, height. The weight of allowed baggage is 23 kg on the airline's charter flights.

Use tough containers or boxes/baskets to prevent damage to the fruit. You can also use bubble wrap for extra protection. Make sure that the fruit does not touch each other to avoid damage. Fill the voids in the package with soft material (e.g. newspaper or foam rubber). The package should indicate that there is fruit inside and that it is a perishable item. Such fruits as durian and coconut are prohibited for transportation.

Fruit is only allowed in the baggage compartment. They are not included in the free baggage allowance. Payment and checkout is made at the check-in desk.

In excess of the established standard of free hand baggage transportation Passenger has the right to carry items (things) with him/her that he/she may need during boarding, landing or in flight.

Items (things) carried include:

• A backpack, handbag, or a briefcase with your belongings stuffed in it;
• an umbrella
• a bouquet of flowers
• baby food for the child needed during the flight;
• portable computer (laptop);
• a suit in a garment bag
• medicines, inhalers, oxygen tank with the volume not more than 5 kg
• Crutches, walking sticks, walkers, rollators, folding wheelchair, removable prosthetic limbs (arms, legs)

Transportation of fermented milk products, as well as raw meat and products containing raw meat as baggage and hand luggage is prohibited, except for children's and special dietary food prescribed for medical reasons.

Yes, the carrier has the right to limit the number of animals per flight depending on the type of aircraft, route, commercial load, etc. If the baggage compartment of the aircraft is not heated, the animal will also not be accepted as baggage.

The airline allows the transportation of pets and is committed to ensuring their journey is as safe and comfortable as possible.

Before planning your trip, we recommend reviewing the pet transportation requirements and ensuring that all necessary documents are prepared in advance.

• Pets and birds are accepted for transportation only with prior approval from the airline. For international flights, passengers must also obtain any import permits required by the destination or transit country.
• When transporting birds, the cage must be completely covered with a light-proof material.
• Pets are not included in the free baggage or carry-on allowance and are transported for an additional fee in accordance with the airline's applicable baggage tariffs.
• Pets are transported in the aircraft's specially equipped cargo compartment.
• A guide dog accompanying a passenger with a visual or hearing impairment is transported free of charge in the aircraft cabin.

We recommend notifying the airline about your pet at the time of booking or purchasing your ticket, as the number of animals permitted on a single flight may be limited.

A stroller can be handed over and collected at the boarding gate if the stroller was presented at the check-in desk and marked with the appropriate tag.

The passenger may use the stroller before boarding the aircraft. A baby stroller shall be handed over for loading into the baggage compartment immediately before boarding on a mandatory basis. The possibility of using a baby stroller at the airport prior to boarding and receiving it directly at the aircraft upon arrival may be limited by airport security requirements.

 If a stroller exceeds the dimensions of hand baggage (55×40×20 cm, weight more than 10 kg) when rolled up, it is carried in the baggage compartment of the aircraft as checked baggage in excess of the established standard without charging a fee. A baby stroller with dimensions exceeding 55×40×20 cm and weighing more than 10 kg must be presented at passenger check-in to be marked with a baggage tag and must be checked in at the check-in counter.

In excess of the established free hand baggage allowance a passenger may carry one folding baby stroller in the cabin free of charge, if its size in a rolled up state, including all its components, corresponds to the dimensions of the hand baggage 55×40×20 cm and its weight does not exceed 10 kg.

The dive set contains one piece each of the following equipment:
compressed air tank;
tank straps;
regulator;
measuring device;
mask/knife/flashlight;
an underwater hunting rifle;
wetsuit/pair of fins/pair of shoes and socks/protective vest.

For transportation of baggage with diving equipment a prior approval with the Airline is required.
Only empty tanks with the valve open or removed will be accepted for air transportation. The equipment is packed in a special case.
