Remember that the dimensions of your luggage must not exceed 158 cm in the sum of three measurements: length, width, height. The weight of allowed baggage is 23 kg on the airline's charter flights.

To check in at the airport, you need an ID document, the same one you used to purchase your ticket. If you are flying abroad, take your passport and do not forget to check the availability and validity of your visa. If your child is traveling without parents, you will be asked to provide a notarized consent from parents or guardians.

Order payment by bank card may not go through for the following reasons:

you don't have enough money on your bank card;
your card type does not support online payments;
incorrect card data (card number or expiration date or CVV/CVS codes).
Payments may also not go through because of your bank's limit on the amount of daily payments. You can contact your bank's specialists to resolve these issues.

• Once you have made a booking for a passenger, click on the “”Purchase Services“ button
• Select a service
• Enter E-mail
• Click on the “agree and accept the terms and conditions” button
• Click on the “pay now” button

Online Check-in

Online check-in opens 24 hours before your scheduled departure. To complete the check-in successfully, please have your passport and booking details ready.

To access Online Check-in

Please enter the following information:

• Last Name – enter it in Latin characters exactly as shown in your passport.
  Example: IVANOV
• Passport Number
  • Citizens of Kazakhstan must enter the Latin letter N before the passport number.
    ✅ Correct: N12345678
    ❗ If the letter N is omitted, the system may not be able to locate your booking.
  • Citizens of the Russian Federation must enter the passport series and number as one continuous string, without spaces.
    Example: 65123456
• Flight Number – enter numbers only, without the airline code.
  Example: 5237
• Departure Date – enter the date in DD.MM.YYYY format.
  Example: 01.01.2025

After logging in

Once your information has been successfully verified:

• select the passenger;
• choose your preferred seat;
• if available, purchase additional services such as extra legroom seats or additional baggage;
• enter your email address to receive your boarding pass;
• complete the check-in process.

✅ Once check-in is completed, your boarding pass will be sent to the email address provided. We recommend saving it on your mobile device or printing a copy before your trip.
